ABOUT KRISTINA & KM BUSINESS SOLUTIONS

Kristina Ehnert is a business consultant whose work is focused on helping law firms achieve profitability through increasing lead conversion rates, operating more efficiently and growing their business. Her experience working as an executive level operations and marketing leader in both not-for-profit, and for-profit businesses has given her a deep understanding of how to relate to customers and provide exceptional service, while growing revenue.

Before launching KM Business Solutions, Kristina managed client development and firm growth for the second largest Bankruptcy Firm in Wisconsin. When she started with the firm, their lead conversion appointment set rates were averaging 60%, with a 75% show rate. When she left, they were consistently converting over 90% of new leads with both set and show rates, resulting in increased firm revenues of 20%.

Kristina also has experience with migrating off systems, and implementing onto new systems - client management systems, marketing systems, accounting systems, and office IT (phone and internet) systems. She has done everything from initial system reviews, to setup, to migration and onboarding, to launch!

When not helping small businesses achieve their dreams, Kristina enjoys spending time with her husband and kids, watching the Green Bay Packers and Buffalo Bills, and travelling.
